DETOXIFIER

LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL

  1. Add 2 drops to your glass of water to support the detoxification process of your organs.

  2. Use with vinegar for a all purpose cleaner & degreaser.

  3. Add a drop on a sticky label for easy removal.

  4. Mix 15 drops with 500ml of water in a spray bottle for a natural furniture polish.

  5. Rub topically on chest or diffuse to support congestion & mucus.

  6. Take one drop internally along with lavender & peppermint for seasonal discomfort.

  7. Add one drop along with ginger to a glass of water to support heartburn & reflux symptoms.

  8. Add a few drops to a bowl of water for a fruit & veggie wash.

  9. Diffuse, or inhale for emotional balance.

  10. Add a few drops to baking.

*If applying topically avoid direct sunlight to that area for 12 hours. Citrus oils are photosensitive.

COOLING, ANALGESIC

PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL

  1.  Rub a drop around the belly button to ease digestive discomfort.

  2. Apply a drop to the bottoms of feet, spine, back of neck to ease fever & hot flashes.

  3. Inhale deeply and rub on the back of neck for alertness.

  4. Apply topically over the bridge of nose for loss sense of smell.

  5. Apply to the temples, behind ears & back of neck for head tension.

  6. Diffuse with wild orange for a delicious pick me up.

  7. Add a drop to water for digestive discomfort, bloating, gas.

  8. Apply to chest & bottoms of feet to support asthma & sinusitis.

  9. Gargle a drop to combat bad breath.

CALMING

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL

  1.  Add 4 drops into a diffuser to promote feelings of relaxation.

  2. Take one drop internally along with lemon & peppermint for seasonal discomfort.

  3. Use diluted topically on burns, scars, sunburns, cuts, blisters to soothe tissue and promote healing.

  4. Rub a drop over your heart, on back or neck or inhale from palms to relieve stress, anxiety.

  2. Add a few drops to shampoo, lather and leave on a few minutes for dandruff, scabies, lice prevention.

  3. Apply topically to acne.

  4. Try a "owie" spray with lavender & frankincense to coat scrapes & cuts to soothe and clean.

  5. Apply to a plantars wart twice a day.

  6. Take a few drops internally to ward a cold, flu, bronchitis.

  3. Inhale deeply, apply under the nose, or add a drop to a glass of water to combat motion sickness.

  3. Add 15 drops and a drop of dish soap to a 500ml bottle with water and use as an all purpose spray.

  4. Add a few drops to a glass of water for body detox and cleansing.

  6. Add a drop to cooking & baking!  Yummy in frostings, muffins, chicken dishes, smoothies!

  9. Add 10 drops to a 250ml spray bottle and spray on furniture to deodorize.

RESPIRATORY SUPPORT

BREATHE (EASY AIR) ESSENTIAL OIL

Contains: Peppermint, Cardamom, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon, Laurel, Ravensara

  1. Make a tent with your t-shirt by pulling it up over your nose and inhaling a few drops off your other hand that is under your shirt for respiratory support.

  2. Diffuse, or apply a drop under your nose and on your chest to support asthma and pneumonia.

  3. Inhale a drop from cupped hands over your nose for allergy support.

  4. Apply a diluted drop to the bottoms of babies & kids feet for respiratory support.

  5. Add 3 drops in a diffuser beside the bed for congestion support while sleeping.

  6. Diffuse or apply a couple of diluted drops to the chest for cough & congestion. Make a roller bottle to keep close.

  7. Put a drop of breathe and eucalyptus, lemon or tea tree in a sink of hot water.  Place a towel over your head and breath.

  1. Before starting a workout, massage onto legs to invigorate.

  2. After a workout, rub on areas to help with recovery.

  3. Apply to your feet after a busy day.

  4. Add to a roller bottle with a carrier oil to roll on temples, behind ears and down neck to aid tension.

  5. Apply to areas of concern for kids growth spurts.

  6. Massage into hands and up arms after a long day of typing on the computer.
